In Rhode Island, we have the Cranston Arts Commission. Their goal has been to bring  public art to the city of Cranston. I was one of six local artists selected to paint these 

utility boxes, that are near some of our busiest intersections. Mine is at Ward 6, located on: Sockanosset Cross Road, near the Whole Foods and Garden City, Cranston, RI

I used Exterior Insl-X waterborne bonding (SXA-110) Primer . 

Once I finished drawing the outlines . . . 

I colored in everything with: Exterior Flat Finish-HB-Benjamin Moore Paint
